Item Description
A striking and highly unusual looking compound fluorite cube combination from the Denton Mine and the Ross Lillie Collection # 1826. The edges of the large cube are outlined with striking isolated at the top and intergrown, elsewhere, smaller, translucent pretty purple cubes. The interior looks quite bizarre with an etched look, but is composed of a myriad of tiny darker purple cubes with 3-dimensionality and a striking festooning of tiny, sparkly galena cubes. Scattered very tiny gemmy sphalerites with some calcite crystals are also noted. Rare looking combination material obtained in 1993.
