Item Description

Striking, pretty mint-green, frosted, etched, translucent compound cuboctahedral fluorite "balls" are aesthetically clustered on two sides of the blocky matrix on this showy and excellent older combination from the famous mines at Dalnegorsk. The impressive dominating corner ball is 3.5 cm across. One side is nicely accented with small calcite rhombs and a few quartz points, while the other sides hosts contrasting sections of splendent metallic galena. Classic and sculptural older fluorite combination material from the early 1990s, when Dalnegorsk material was first reaching Western markets. Purple fluorite and pink calcite fluorescence. The artistic piece has multiple fine display views.
