Item Description

Intensely stepped-face fluorite crystals are uniquely characteristic to the deposits from the Muzquiz area of Mexico. The stepped-growth faces really shimmer on this highly lustrous, translucent, shocking grape-purple cube. The backlit photos highlight the rich color saturation. The crystal looks like a purple Borg cube from Star Trek - Next Generation. A trivial bit of edgewear is noted on this riveting piece. Ex Dave Stoudt Collection # 763.
