Fluorite (Spinel Twin)

Distinctive, quality spinel twin Fluorite from the Erongo Mountains. This spinel twin is gemmy, and it grades from light purple to a very attractive, darker purple along the edges. The Fluorite crystal is also included by slender Schorl crystals, both within the crystal and along the edges. It makes for an interesting and very appealing combination. Naturally, the crystal was attached along the bottom edge. A fine spinel twin, and they are highly desired for good reason as they are very rare worldwide as well. This sharp, transparent crystal is an excellent miniature, valued $1000-1500.
