Outstanding and distinctive 360-degree small cabinet combination from this extinct mostly Soviet-era complex greisen tungsten-molybdenum deposit. An impressive, sharply terminated, mostly coated, lustrous, translucent quartz crystal dramatically hosts: scattered clusters of pretty sea-green, transparent to translucent, cuboctahedral Fluorite crystals with satin luster faces, to 3.8 cm across; and a striking, contrasting, dense, large field of oxide-coated, spherical and elongated clusters of Siderite blades, that separates and coats Fluorite crystals. A really cute accessory is the 4 mm Pyrite ball with Siderite at the tip of the quartz crystal. A vein of mixed sulfides at the base is a fine bonus. Purple LW UV fluorite fluorescence. Ex Kurt Hefendehl Collection, a well-known German collector who amassed a world-wide collection of over 6000 pieces. A remarkable and very fine combination from Kara-Oba production of the 1980s-early 1990s.
