Fluorite scepter

The gemmy Fluorite crystals from Hoenfeld in the famous Erongo Mountains are fascinating and most unusual. This 'mushroom' clearly shows two stages of growth as the solution chemistry changed. The color goes from mint green at the base to light green for most of the upper crystal, and its looks are quite engaging and interesting. To top it off, literally, the mushroom termination is actually four crystal faces, with some clear windows into the interior. Quite the aesthetic and interesting thumbnail.
