Item Description
From the discovery in 2017. We recently acquired a small parcel of these exciting Fluorite specimens from a good friend in Pakistan who confirmed that they were from the locality at Koh-i-Maran. These specimens are unlike anything we've seen from Pakistan as they seem to have formed outside of the typical pegmatites and metamorphic deposits that we are used to seeing around this area. A few other dealers in Pakistan have confirmed the locale for reference. With that said, this small cabinet display specimen is features sharp, translucent, attractive purple colored, translucent, well-formed, purple colored cubes of Fluorite measuring up to 3.3 cm on edge free of matrix. No real major damage on the display side, but it is contacted on the periphery where it was removed from the pocket wall. If you're a Fluorite collector, you need to add one of these to your collection as very few seem to be available on the market now.
