Item Description

This piece comes from a find that dates back a few years in the Gobi Desert of Mongolia. This attractive display specimen hosts fine quality, very gemmy, sharp, lustrous, cubic green Fluorite measuring up to 3.4 cm on edge, with a partial coating of light tan colored Calcite. Please note: These specimens were originally labeled as coming from the Choir area, and were mined by Spirifer Minerals, but the correct locality as of the time of this posting is the Sümber District, Govisumber Province, Mongolia. Very few of these are on the market, so if you collect Fluorites, don't miss out on this attractive specimen from this remote part of the world.
