Classic, beautiful, gemmy and lustrous, rose-pink fluorite octahedrons are aesthetically clustered and scattered on the large blocky quartzite matrix on this very showy and excellent Swiss fluorite. The octos reach 1.5 cm and have lightly frosted faces. Quality fluorite specimens, such as this, are RARE from this obscure Uri locale and this is a very fine example. Modest fluorescence. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $225, for free. Valued at $2000 or so, and hard to find in plates of such size (particularly at auction!)
