A beautiful Fluorite specimen from an unusual locality (the Untermuenstertal in the Black Forest of Germany according to the label) featuring dozens of gemmy, pale lilac colored crystals with a rarely seen hexoctahedral habit. The largest crystal measures about 8 mm across. If you're a fan of Fluorites, German minerals or cool morphology, don't miss out on this attractive specimen of from this odd locality. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#5891). Kay was a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics. She nearly lived 100 years from April 1920 - March 2020.
