The famous Yaogangxian Mine has produced superb combination specimens and this is an excellent large example. Water-clear, aesthetically clustered quartz prisms to 5.0 cm, nicely dusted with chlorite, are the focal point of this large fine mounded plate. A nifty, 1.7 cm, doubly terminated, metallic-gray arsenopyrite crystal rests at the base of the quartz crystals. Gemmy, light ice-blue fluorite cubes with purple edge phantoms richly scattered about and a single, 2.0 cm, tan, upright flattened calcite rhomb are classic compliments. In great shape. The dense interior is pristine and there is only a bit of periphery wear on the left side. The fluorite and calcite have modest fluorescence.
