Fluorite (pair)

Item Description

Fine pair of clear & purple Fluorite thumbnails from Erongo. One thumbnail has a 1.3 cm crystal with a silky luster, very finely-stepped corners, and a distinctive pair of purple phantoms. The other thumbnail has a tabular main crystal that is 1.1 cm on edge and a water-clear interior. The top has been polished so that you can see the internal phantoms, and the matrix below is so dark that it appears as if you are looking into a bottomless well. A very cool effect. Overall, this is a very aesthetic, and uncommon, pair of Erongo Fluorites.
