Item Description
An excellent and showy combination specimen from the famous and now-closed Elmwood Mine. A pristine, gemmy and lustrous, 5.0 x 4.5 cm, light purple fluorite cube is jauntily perched on rubyjack sphalerite matrix. The cube has darker purple edges, sparkly, crinkly, intensely stepped-growth faces and a SUPER GLASSY and GEMMY corner, typical of many Elmwood fluorites. Classic Elmwood combo material, with the gemmy corner being a nice bonus. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. One of the better such Elmwood combination specimens we have offered at auction. Ex Consie Prince Collection.
