Item Description
Pretty lavender, translucent fluorite octahedrons with satin luster, densely stepped-growth faces are dramatically and richly clustered on all sides of the strikingly sculptural matrix of quartz casts (epimorphs) after large calcite rhombohedrons. The vuggy openings to the casts add real flair to this 360-degree specimen. Purple fluorescence. The obscure prospect is on private ranch land and is from collecting efforts in the early 2010s (MINDAT). Ex De Natura (Les Presmyk) dealer stock. A fine example from the locale.
