Item Description

The famous De'an Mine has produced some of the largest, most displayable and iconic Fluorite specimens from any Chinese locality. This large cabinet display specimen features wonderful, gemmy, grape-purple Fluorite crystals sitting atop rolling undulating quartz matrix. The crystals show textbook combinations of cubic and dodecahedral faces and GLOW with color when backlit. The largest Fluorite measures 3.6 cm across. This is an exceptional older combination specimen from the first finds in 2002-2003. Valued at $4,000 as very little high quality material from this mine is available on the market now.
