Item Description

Fluorite specimens from Shangrao, Jiangxi, China are RARE compared to most other well-known Chinese localities. Sharp, gemmy, pretty rich green octahedrons with satin luster faces are dramatically enhanced by the darker color-zoned phantoms. The impressive central large octo is 3.6 cm and the crystals are aesthetically scattered on the sculptural large quartz plate. Bright purple fluorescence, as you would expect. Green fluorites of this particular hue are uncommon from here and the Shangrao specimens came out in the mid-2000s. The piece has several fine display views.
