Fluorite on Quartz

Item Description

An interesting and colorful display specimen of Fluorite from China featuring a predominant, stepped group of greenish-blue colored cubic crystals which are sitting atop a smaller group of soft green color Fluorite on fine crystallized Quartz matrix. I don't have a specific locality for the specimen outside of the Hunan Province (it could be from Yaogangxian or Shangbao). Please note that the back of the specimen has a bit of reinforcement in the form of putty / cement to fill in a crack. Valued at $1300.
