Item Description

The Huanzala mine in Peru has produced some of the most attractive and impressive Fluorites from all of South America. The mine has produced both green and pink Fluorites, and even pieces with the two colors in the same crystal. This pieces hosts a very light green color, gemmy, cuboctahedral crystal of Fluorite aesthetically perched sharp, highly lustrous, metallic golden crystals of pyritohedral Pyrite. The Fluorite crystal measures 2.1 cm across, while the largest Pyrite is 1.8 cm in diameter. A nice, well-balanced small miniature sized specimen from this well known locality.
