Fluorite on Orthoclase (unusual fluorescence)

Erongo Fluorites are known and desired throughout the mineral world, with this choice, small miniature being a prime example. Cubic in form, it has the classic, instantly-recognizable green color with curved, purple coloration along each of the edges. The Fluorites stack in the most sculptural manner you can imagine, and they rest on a whitish matrix of Felspar and a grey, tabular unknown. If their sheer quality wasn't enticing enough already, the Fluorites fluoresce blue, the Feldspars a reddish-orange, and the 'unknown' a brilliant, and I mean brilliant, white. There have been many great Erongo specimens, and I rank this up there among my favorites. A very good thing in a small package!
