Item Description
A sharp, 1.5 cm soft green color compressed cube of Fluorite sits smartly atop soft pink compressed scalenohedra of Mn-bearing Calcite. The piece is very showy and aesthetic. The Fluorite has minor edge-wear, but still lovely for the locality. These are not common on the market, and pieces with this quality and showiness are difficult to find. The reverse side of the specimen shows metallic silvery Galena. I'm very impressed by the immense variety of colors of Fluorite that are seen from this locality, but there are not many on pink Calcite matrix.
