Item Description
A very aesthetic, classic fluorite on sphalerite specimen from the famous and now-closed Elmwood Mine. A gorgeous, 2.7 x 2.4 cm, fluorite cube is very jauntily perched on iridescent sphalerite. The translucent, highly lustrous, cube has super purple color, scintillating, stepped-growth faces and beautiful, darker purple, color-zoned edges. This is classic, color, form and habit from Elmwood. The viewable crystal is pristine. The partial contact is totally out of sight on the back. Get a GOOD ONE, while you can, from our small stash. These were found in one pocket, long ago.
