Fluorite on etched Microcline

Item Description

A beautiful large miniature / small cabinet specimen featuring several sharp, lustrous, rather gemmy, cubes (with small octahedral modifications on the corners) of Fluorite measuring up to 8 mm, sitting on etched cream colored Microcline matrix. For the size, the Fluorite crystals have a VIVID green color, which is not terribly common in Fluorite as smaller crystals tend to have softer hues. I love overall balance and aesthetics of the piece, and it displays very well on its own without the aid of a base or clay. No major damage that I can find.
