Fluorite on Amethyst over Calcite (rare combo)

A striking, rare large combination plate from the famous recent finds at Mahodari. A fine cluster of three, classic, translucent, frosted, honey-yellow, fluorite, "egg yolks" is dramatically perched on an undulating plate of glassy amethyst points on a chalcedony rind. A broken corner of one of the two amethyst mounds reveals that the mound is actually glassy, massive, amber calcite under the amethsyt points! Facinating, most unusual and rare from this locale!
