Fluorite octahedrons on Quartz

Item Description

Pretty, rich mint-green, frosted, translucent, fluorite octahedrons to 3.2 cm are aesthetically scattered on this large undulating plate with a nifty cleft from recent Chinese finds. The plate is composed of quartz crystals with a nifty secondary overgrowth of very sparkly drusy quartz. A couple of the octo tips are gently bruised, but certainly nothing to detraction. Excellent and showy fluorite on quartz from Jiangxi Province. Bright purple fluorescence. The true color of the fluorites was difficult to capture. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
