Item Description
A striking "pagoda" of stacked fluorite octahedrons aesthetically set on the corner of a quartz crystal slab with more fluorites from the recent, very highly touted finds at Riemvasmaak, South Africa. Gemmy and lustrous, unique grass-green fluorite octahedrons are piled high on this showy combination piece. The crowning glory is a 3.0 x 2.8 x 2.4 cm octahedron, with only a trivial bit of edgewear on one corner. The large octo at the base of the "pagoda" is 3.6 cm. This dramatic specimen displays very well from several angles, as you can see. This is an excellent example of the species and locale. These are contemporary classics. The color is INTENSE, deep green, very nice!
