Item Description
An AESTHETIC and EXCELLENT fluorite specimen from the recent, very highly touted finds at Riemvasmaak, South Africa. Gemmy and lustrous, unique grass-green fluorite octahedrons to 3.8 cm are beautifully clustered on the starkly contrasting, 3-dimensional quartz crystal matrix. This dramatic specimen has one, barely noticeable edge bruise on the large primary fluorite at the top. This piece would be priced at $5000, if perfect, as we have seen at the recent Tucson and Denver Shows. Still as is, valued at $1500-$1750. These are contemporary classics and the piece displays well without aid. the color is INTENSE, deep green, very nice!
