Item Description
Five intergrown, pretty pastel-pink, fluorite octahedrons are water-clear and have frosted and etched faces. A few unetched or frosted, modified edges have a TV screen view into the gem interiors. The large octo in the midddle is 4.3 cm on edge and the crystals on the right side have an oxide tint. The crystals are pristine. The matrix on the back is muscovite and quartz. This is a showy, rich and highly representative example of the species from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Purple fluorescence. Herb valued this piece at $450, over 5 years ago. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
