Item Description

A 2.4 cm doubly terminated octahedron dominates this aesthetic and sculptural small cabinet fluorite from recent finds at Riemvasmaak. The unique green, gemmy octos have satin lustre faces and the jagged multiple terminations on some crystals adds pizzazz. Rich purple fluorescence. These are contemporary classics and this showy piece has excellent form. Very little new material has come out in the last ten years. Valued at $400.
