Gemmy, pink fluorite octahedrons with frosted faces to 1.0 cm are aesthetically stacked on the sculptural granular quartz matrix on this classic and excellent French combination piece. I like the way the largest octo is stationed at the top of the piece. All of the fluorites are pristine. Interestingly, very modest fluorescence. This cute combination displays very well without aid. Ex Richard Barstow Collection and Herb Obodda dealer stock. Locality from the Obodda label. Herb valued this fine piece at $850, over five years ago.
