Fluorite, Muscovite, and Hyalite Opal (fluor)

Item Description

Very fine combination piece consisting of excellent, cuboctahedral Fluorites from the famous Erongo Mountains. The largest of these Fluorites, which is 1.4 cm across, has good luster, is quite gemmy, and has a beautiful deep mint-green color. The form is excellent, and many of the smaller Fluorites have purple cores. Intergrown with the Fluorites are small books of Muscovite up to .5 cm across, and there is highly fluorescent Hyalite Opal, as well. On balance, a very good specimen - excellent Fluorites aesthetically formed, with good associations.
