Fluorite (multi-color phantom crystals)

Some of the most colorful and highly displayable Fluorite specimens in the world have come from the famous Okorusu Mine. This locality is not only prolific in terms of the size and quality of its Fluorites, but it has produced specimens in virtually every color of the rainbow (including black and colorless). This small cabinet sized piece is from a discovery about 10 years ago and features a group of razor-sharp, lustrous, VERY gemmy, cubic crystals measuring up to 1.7 cm on edge which show classic internal "phantoms" with a mix of blue, purple and green hues inside. Minor associated Quartz can be seen on the piece as well. Most of the crystals are in fine condition, with no major damage I can find. The piece is also crystallized on the back, so it's nearly a complete "floater". It displays wonderfully as you can see from the photos. Valued at $750 in the inventory.
