Item Description
A beautiful multi-color Fluorite from the famous Okorusu Mine in Namibia. This locality is one of the premier Fluorite producers in the world in both the scope and quantity of specimens it has yielded over the years. It has been the source of some incredibly fine quality multicolor specimens for many years. I have literally seen Fluorite specimens in every color of the rainbow (that included black and colorless) from Okorusu. This piece is from a discovery about 10-15 years ago and features a group of very sharp, lustrous, gemmy, modified cubic crystals measuring up to 1.2 cm on edge which show beautiful internal "phantoms" with a mix of green, purple, blue and fuchsia hues inside. There is only minor matrix, so the piece is mostly Fluorite. I can't stress how glassy and gemmy the Fluorites are, they look beautiful in person. Fine quality and such a fantastic mix of color!
