Item Description

These are some of the most easily recognizable and unique Fluorites from any locality. This small cabinet specimen hosts sharp, iridescent Fluorite cubes which are sitting on limestone matrix from the famous Stoneco Auglaize Quarry of Junction, Ohio. The Fluorites have a shimmering pinkish-golden metallic appearance on the surface, but internally they are a richer golden-brown color. A single white blade of what I believe to be Celestine can be seen on the piece for a nice accent. The largest Fluorite cube measures 7 mm on edge. From a prominent Midwest collection that we acquired a few months back.
