Fluorite (GEMMY pink and green crystal)

The Fluorites from Chumar Bakhoor are some of the most iconic to come from any locality not only in Pakistan but anywhere in the world in the last 30 years. This particular specimen features a VERY GEMMY, sharp beautiful pink and green bicolored crystal with a predominant cuboctahedral habit but it's loaded with many small additional modifying faces to create a complex yet eye-catching example of this well-known material. The luster on the cubic faces is excellent, but the other modifying faces have a bit more of a matte luster. The crystal is complete on the front / display side, but contacted on the back. The small pedestal of matrix makes for a nice accent and a good way to display the piece. Priced at $500 in the inventory.
