The Moscona Mine has produced a good number of fine quality crystallized specimen of golden colored Fluorite over the years. The excellent textbook form of the crystals combined with fine gem clarity makes them a great representation of the wide variety of Spanish Fluorites. This piece is an attractive and classic cabinet sized display specimen featuring dozens upon dozens of gemmy golden yellow crystals of cubic Fluorite sitting on matrix. The largest Fluorite crystal measures 7 mm on edge. The specimen is in great shape overall, with only minor roughness in spots, and it displays beautifully as you can see. The Fluorite crystals are so gemmy and they were difficult to photograph, and honestly the piece looks better in person. A very worthwhile and attractive Fluorite specimen from this well known Fluorite producing district.
