A solitary 1.1 cm cube of very sharp, lustrous, GEMMY, light and dark purple bi-colored Fluorite sits atop an incredibly thin layer of compressed pinkish colored Dolomite with minor accessory Fluorites and a bit of metallic golden Pyrite. The corner of the main Fluorite cube has a slight modified / stepped growth, but it is NOT damaged, as I looked at it closely with a loupe. The crystal is gemmier than the photos might indicate and the piece is an unusual, yet alluring example of this classic material from the Shangbao Mine. Priced at $700 in the inventory.
