Item Description
These might be the most famous Fluorites from any locality in New England. These specimens are well-known among collectors for the excellent form, size, rich color and gemminess. This piece is a a lovely medium green color octahedron of Fluorite with partial surface etching that makes for an attractive small cabinet from this famous New Hampshire mine. It's nearly a complete "floater", but there is a minor point of incomplete growth on on edge. The piece is incredibly GEMMY in the center, and would yield a very good gemstone, but it's too nice of a crystal to cut. Specimen weigh is 49.76 grams (248.80 carats).
