Fluorite (fluroescent) w/ Calcite (Zerfass Coll.)

Item Description

A rich and impressive large plate of densely intergrown, gem, metallic golden-yellow fluorite cubes from this famous Berbes locale. The very glassy and lustrous cubes reach 1.0 cm on this undulating plate. The nest of glassy calcite rhombs on one end is a nice contrast and accent. A few bruised crystals in the interior and modest periphery wear are noted, but certainly have minimal effect to this fine large classic combination. Moderate yellowish-white fluorescence.
