Fluorite (fluorescent) w/ dipyramidal Quartz (rare combo)

Item Description

Gemmy, straw-yellow fluorite cubes, to 1.2 cm, with frosted faces richly fill a vug and are dramatically accented by the well-placed,1.6 cm, glassy dipyramidal quartz crystal. The interior of the vug is pristine and the noted periphery wear has minimal impact to the sculptural quality of this aesthetic and uncommon combination from this well-known abandoned lead-zinc deposit. The piece displays well without aid. Purple fluorescence.
