Item Description

A sharp, well-formed, 4.1 cm, lustrous, translucent, mint-green fluorite octahedron with frosted faces dominates this showy and excellent combination plate from the famous William Wise Mine. The octo is nicely set among very glassy, transparent to translucent quartz points, to 2.0 cm, and smaller fluorites. The base of the octo has been reinforced. Classic combination material from 1980s-90s finds from the Ted Bartels Collection. Purple fluorescence.
