Item Description
A fantastic and sculptural fluorite combination from this famous Weardale mine. The impressive, intergrown, lustrous and translucent, purple and colorless cubes, to 8.7 cm!, are dramatically accented by the sharp notch filled with a cascade of glassy, colorless, calcite rhombs. This statuesque piece has 360-degree visual appeal. There's a little cluster of glassy quartz crystals on the back. Complete all-around nearly pristine, with only one out-of-sight bruised corner on the back side. Rich purple fluorescence. Very choice artistic combination fluorite from the Bob Trimingham Collection. Fairly valued at $1500 and worth it.
