Item Description
Sparkly brown-sugar calcite rhombs coat the bubbly, mounded matrix dominated by the striking and beautiful, 2.3 x 2.3, glassy, transparent, mint-green, fluorite cuboctahedron. The frontal face is water-clear, looks like a TV screen into the interior, with the other faces being frosted. The matrix core is massive sphalerite. Showy, uncommon and unusual 1970s combination material from Naica and the Bob Trimingham Collection. Bright purple fluorescence.
