Item Description

Absolutely water-clear, very light grayish-blue, fluorite cubes to 1.5 cm form a rich and striking specimen from this well-known fluorite mining area of Asturias, Spain. The beautiful cubes are very lightly frosted or have stepped-growth faces, which add to the character of the piece. The major crystals have just a few gentle bruises. Minor periphery wear is noted, but this remains a very fine example of the species and locale. Several excellent display views, as you can see. Moderate purple fluorescence.
