Item Description

Fluorites from the famous Blanchard Mine in the Bingham, New Mexico area are known for their deep blue color, and this cluster is no exception. Nicely fluorescent, a little backlighting reveals delicate zoning that has various shades of blue, purple, and clear Fluorite. The largest crystal is 2.8 cm on edge, and the piece is balanced and attractive. And if you knew just how hard the silicified limestone is that these were mined from, you would appreciate these pieces even more. excellent color on this classic USA fluorite specimen!
