Item Description
A rich and showy multi-colored fluorite specimen from Blanchard. The upper right has the beautiful "Blanchard blue" cubes to 1.4. Moving down and left, the cubes have variable amounts of hematite inclusions. Cubes on the left edge are the classic blue crystals with rich purple edge phantoms. The matrix is massive fluorite with some galena. Broken crystals are noted in one area and there is the customary modest periphery wear. This remains a colorful, rich and highly representative example of the species and famous locality. Rich purple fluorescence.
