Fluorite (fluor) and Schorl

Large and imposing plate of excellent Fluorites intergrown with Schorl crystals. The Fluorites, which range to over 4 cm, are modifed cubes and octahedrons (square and triangular faces). They are gemmy, have slightly frosted faces, and the cores range from mint to deep green. What's more, the cores are fluorescent. An outstanding, large specimen from the famous Erongo Mountains - such combination pieces are VERY rare in this association, let alone with such size
