Fluorite (ex Larry Krause Collection)

Item Description

An attractive small cabinet specimen featuring sharp, GEM CLEAR to translucent "phantomed" beautiful purple and lilac color (blue in sunlight) cubic crystals of Fluorite free of matrix. The largest crystal measures 1.6 cm on edge. No real damage that I can see, and it's nearly a "floater" as it's crystallized most of the way around. This locality is well known for its Fluorite specimens, though they are few and far between on the market these days. This area is completely closed down and will never produce these specimens again.
