Classic old time Fluorite from Freiberg featuring sharp, VERY GEMMY, soft greenish colored cubic crystals of Fluorite measuring up to 7 mm on matrix. The crystals can appear a bit more blue in certain lighting, but the most interesting aspect of the crystals is that you can see a thin yellow phantom on the outer edge of each crystal, which is rare in my experience! Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#12877) along with other old labels from undisclosed collections.. Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Velt" November-December 2017).
