Item Description
The obscure Ransom Mine is probably best known for its fluorite specimens. This is a striking, very gemmy, lustrous, intensely stepped-growth, cuboctahedral crystal. It looks amazingly like a Mayan flat-topped pyramid with steps on four sides! I have seen very few of these available on the market in recent years and there are no more coming out. Ex Will Henderson Collection. Excellent, rare and highly desirable San Juan fluorite. Pristine. Purple fluorescence.
