Fluorite cubes & Sphalerite (Consie Prince Coll.)

Item Description

Extremely glassy, water-clear to translucent, colorless to very light gray or green, fluorite cubes to 3.1 x 3.1 cm have nifty etched, beveled edges and are attached to a vein of sphalerite crystals. The primary cube is pristine. Periphery wear is noted, but this remains a classic and excellent example of older style fluorite from the famous mines at Naica. These cubes resemble similar Chinese material. Very modest purple fluorescence. Ex Consie Prince Collection. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
